These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZeyVPN app and website. By downloading, installing, or using ZeyVPN, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your use of the service and for any activity that occurs through your device or account.
2. Acceptable use — no illegal activity
You agree not to use ZeyVPN for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law. Prohibited uses include, without limitation: hacking or unauthorized access, distributing malware, sending spam, infringing intellectual property, harassment, fraud, or accessing content you are not legally permitted to access. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including local restrictions on VPN use.
3. Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Servers may be added, removed, or taken offline for maintenance. Speed and availability may vary by server, location, network conditions, and demand.
4. Free and premium plans
The free plan is supported by ads and may include limits on server selection, speed, or connection time. Premium plans remove ads and unlock additional locations and speed, as described on our Pricing page. Features and prices may change; changes will be reflected on the website and, where required, communicated in advance.
5. Purchases, billing, and subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store (for example, Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app-store account settings.
6. Refunds
Refund policy placeholder. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the policy of the app store or payment provider through which you purchased, and any additional refund terms we publish. Please contact support with any billing question.
7. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or use it unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.
8. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be secure against every possible threat.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeyVPN and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
10. Disclaimer on performance
A VPN improves privacy and security in transit but does not make you anonymous or immune to tracking. Speed and availability depend on factors outside our control, including your device, your network, and the distance to the chosen server.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
