What is ZeyVPN?

ZeyVPN is a mobile VPN app that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through secure servers around the world. It helps protect your privacy on public Wi-Fi, secures your data in transit, and lets you reach the open internet with a single tap.

Can I use ZeyVPN on iPhone?

An iOS version is on our roadmap. Right now ZeyVPN is available for Android. Follow our website or store listing to be notified when the iOS app is released.

How can I contact support?

Plans & billing

Is ZeyVPN free?

Yes. ZeyVPN offers a free plan with access to selected server locations at standard speed, supported by ads. You can watch a rewarded ad to unlock additional connection time. Premium plans remove ads and unlock all locations at maximum speed.

Why do I see ads?

Ads on the free plan help us keep the service running and available at no cost. If you prefer an ad-free experience with full speed and all locations, you can upgrade to a Premium plan at any time.

How do rewarded ads work?

On the free plan you can choose to watch a short rewarded video ad. After it finishes, additional connection time is unlocked for you. Watching rewarded ads is always optional.

Technical

Why does Android ask for VPN permission?

To route your traffic through an encrypted tunnel, Android requires apps to request the system VPN permission. This is a standard requirement for every VPN app. ZeyVPN uses this permission solely to establish the secure connection — not to read the content of your browsing.

Why is my server slow?

Connection speed depends on your local network, your distance to the server, and how many users share that server. Free servers are shared and may be busier. Try a closer location, switch protocols, or upgrade to Premium for higher-capacity servers.

Privacy & data

Do you keep browsing logs?

No. ZeyVPN does not log the websites you visit, your DNS queries, or the content of your traffic. We keep only the minimal operational data described in our Privacy Policy (such as aggregate diagnostics and, for premium accounts, payment records required for billing).

How do I delete my account and data?

If you created a premium account, you can request account and data deletion from the app settings or by contacting support@zeyvpn.com. We will remove your account data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
